Check-in went smoothly with friendly reception staff. The room was clean, with a nice large shower that felt refreshing after a long drive. Enjoyed the excellent breakfast selection, particularly the option to fry my own eggs. The kids loved the fun foosball table in the lobby, made for a nice entertainment spot. We encountered a few issues. Wi-Fi didn't reach our room. The dinner menu didn't cater well to vegetarians, and our meal was quite average, lacking any wow factor. A forgotten plug converter left us a little frustrated when trying to pack in the morning. A mixed experience with both enjoyable and not-so-great aspects.

Dear Sirs, we think that the hotel was a good deal for the money! Very soundproof and clean. Friendly staff.
Our room was too small for 3 people, it was hard to move around when the sofa was put out for an extra bed. We all thought that the beds were too firm and my back was hurting badly, I was happy to leave after 3 nights. We think that the staff was not organized during breakfast, there were constantly something missing like bread, plates, cutlery, food... we had to ask for something every morning. They need a person that is checking constantly what needs to fill up. Overprized breakfast, would like to pay maximum 10 Euro for what we got. Too little staff, it was always dishes on tables in the bar and diningroom during morning and evenings.

The room was spacious with a comfy large bed. I loved the breakfast menu with an excellent selection of fresh pastries and even allowed me to fry my own eggs! Plus, the quick access to a walking path made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable.

If you're by car it's ok because it's not near from the center. The restaurant is really good.
I was expecting something better because it's Novotel. But in fact it's simple, the towels were really small and bad quality and there were not twin bed, only one sofa and a big bed.

Outdoor pool area, free parking, kid-friendly amenities
The Wi-Fi connectivity issues were frustrating, too many check-in confusions occurred!!! The shower temperature fluctuations were highly annoying, and overall room conditions seemed outdated and lackluster, certainly not meeting expectations!!!
